You will have my dedicated support to clarify the message, make strategic decisions and turn the findings into language you can actually use.

Before we meet, I will review your current story, positioning and messaging to identify:

- Where your message feels too broad, polished or disconnected
- Which changes are likely to make the greatest difference first
The Audit gives us a clear starting point, so we do not spend our Zoom session trying to work out what the problem is.
We arrive ready to work on it.
What happens during the Accelerator?
At the beginning of our session, we will review the Audit findings and agree the areas that deserve our attention first.

A detailed review of your current story, positioning and messaging, showing what is working, where trust or clarity is being lost and what needs to change first.
An approximately 2.5-hour private Zoom session
Dedicated time to review the findings, make strategic decisions and implement the highest-impact changes with my full attention and support.
Live messaging implementation
We will work directly on the agreed priorities during the session. This may include your positioning, core message, story angles, website sections or the language you use to communicate your value.
Your session recording and transcript
Your Zoom session will be recorded.
You will receive the full recording and written transcript within 24 hours, so you can revisit the language, decisions and guidance whenever you need them.
Your prioritised action log
Within 24 hours of our session, you will also receive a clear action log showing:
- What we completed together
- What was started and may need finalising
- Any additional recommendations we did not reach
- The order I recommend tackling the remaining changes
- Your clearest next steps
You will not leave wondering what still needs to happen or what to focus on next.
What if we do not complete every recommendation?
The Implementation Accelerator is a focused implementation sprint.
The goal is to make meaningful progress on the changes that will have the greatest impact — not rush through every recommendation simply to say it has been covered.
At the beginning of the session, we will agree the priorities and work through as many practical changes as possible during our approximately 2.5 hours together.
Anything we do not complete will be documented clearly in your action log, including what remains, why it matters and the order I recommend addressing it.
This means nothing is forgotten, rushed or left open to interpretation.
Can I book more support afterwards?
Yes.
If you would like continued hands-on support, you will have the option to book a separate Implementation Follow-Up session after completing the Accelerator.
This gives us additional focused time to continue working through the remaining priorities in your action log.
There is no pressure to book a follow-up. You will still leave the Accelerator with practical changes completed, a recording, transcript and clear plan for anything that remains.
What happens after you purchase?
- You will receive your Audit form and booking information by email.
Please complete the Audit form within 48 hours of purchase and provide the information and links requested. - You will choose your Zoom session.
My availability and booking instructions will be included in your email. - I will complete your Audit before we meet.
Your Audit and Implementation Accelerator session will be completed within 10 days of booking, unless we agree otherwise. - You will receive your follow-through materials.
Your recording, transcript and prioritised action log will be delivered within 24 hours of the session.
You do not need to prepare anything else for the Zoom session. The most important step is completing your Audit form fully and within 48 hours.
