Why Sarah Griffiths MBE?
Sarah Griffiths MBE is the founder of Wheelie Momma and a speaker on leadership, mindset and the power of rethinking potential.
Born with cerebral palsy and using a wheelchair, Sarah grew up surrounded by predictions about what her life would look like and what she would never be able to do. Instead of accepting those limitations, she spent her life quietly and consistently rewriting them.
From graduating university and passing her driving test to building a business, raising four children and becoming a recognised voice on empowerment and possibility, Sarah’s journey has always challenged the assumptions people make about capability and leadership.
Awarded an MBE for her work and advocacy, Sarah now works with organisations and leadership teams to explore the hidden beliefs that shape opportunity, culture and decision making.
Through honest storytelling, humour and powerful insight, Sarah invites audiences to rethink how they see potential; not as something limited by circumstance, but as something far greater than we often allow ourselves to imagine.
