I’ll be getting beneath the surface of your message.

I’ll use the information you submitted to complete your Seen & Trusted Audit and identify the areas of your story, positioning and messaging that deserve our attention first.

This means we will not spend our private session trying to work out where to begin. We’ll arrive with clarity, agree the highest-impact priorities and use our time to make focused progress together.

BEFORE WE MEET

A few simple things will help you get the most from our time.

There is no complicated preparation. Just create the space to be present and make practical decisions.

Give yourself the full session

Your session is approximately 2.5 hours. Choose a quiet space where you will not need to rush away or divide your attention.

Join from a laptop or desktop

We may review and edit your website or messaging together, so a larger screen will make the process much easier.

Keep your logins nearby

Have access to your website and any relevant platforms in case we decide to make practical changes during the session.

  1. Before your session

    I complete your Seen & Trusted Audit

    I’ll review your story, positioning, website and supporting messaging using the information and links you have already provided.

  2. At the beginning of our Zoom

    We agree the priorities

    I’ll take you through the most important findings and we’ll decide which changes deserve our attention first.

  3. During the session

    We make the changes together

    We’ll refine your messaging and make as much practical implementation progress as possible during our dedicated working time.

AFTER YOUR SESSION

You’ll leave with clarity, decisions and a way forward.

Within 24 hours of our Zoom session, you’ll receive your recording, full transcript and prioritised action log.

Anything we do not complete together will be documented clearly, including what remains and the order I recommend addressing it.
